• Fatigue
• Weakness
• Sore throat, perhaps a strep throat that doesn’t get better with antibiotics
• Fever
• Swollen lymph nodes in your neck and armpits
• Swollen tonsils
• Headache
• Skin rash
• Loss of appetite
• Soft, swollen spleen
• Night sweats
