Smoking is a habit that many people have or are dealing with on a daily basis and because of this people are interested in finding ways to get rid of this cigarette addiction as it causes the probability of heart attacks. There are smokers who have been smoking for years, these smokers know that there can be negative health effects but still do not stop smoking cigarettes, this is because these people are addicted to smoking. Stop smoking cigarettes because if you did your overall health would be able to improve, one would think a product that makes you addicted to it and kills you would be illegal but is still not illegal. The government of the United States of America has passed many laws in the state of California to limit where people can or cannot smoke as the government sees the damage that cigarettes can have on a person.

Cigarettes are a product that has been around for a long period of time and many people do not realize that it can and will kill you if you continuously keep taking this bad habit and doing it. Make sure to know the facts when smoking, they blacken the lungs and no longer allow you to breath, this means if this were to kill you from cancer that you would slowly suffocate. I do not know about anyone else but I believe that suffocating would be a bad thing to have to anyone. There should be more laws that are able to product people from cigarettes and cigarette companies as many people have found it hard to quit on their own but still would like to stop smoking cigarettes.

Cigarettes can be quite addicting even as I write this article I would like to have a cigarette I have not quit myself, although I do think about stop smoking cigarettes each day. My addiction is strong though each time I have tried to quit smoking cigarettes I have fell back into smoking. This has been a hard problem for me to deal with and I wish I never started, the first cigarette I had was when I was young and ciggy packs were out all around everywhere I believe this was because smokes were so cheap at the time of which I was young.

There are products that will help the smoker quit smoking, one of these products are gum which you can chew and this gum will actually give you nicotine directly as this is the chemical that your body is really addicted to. There are some people that are able to quite smoking cigarettes without having to take anything to help them, I am starting to believe that is not what I am going to be able to do. I might try the quit smoking gum, there is another type of product that can help smokers to quit this dirty habit it is the “stop smoking patch” which is able to put nicotine into your body without you having to smoke cigarettes both of these products are meant to help people quit smoking. There are many brands of both of these quit smoking products, you must make sure to look online at reviews of these products before deciding to go with a specific brand of nicotine gum or nicotine patch.
