The causes of MS are not fully understood but there are some factors that trigger the condition. It can be sometimes inherited especially if you have a first-degree relative who has MS. The environment can also be a cause in which a virus or bacteria can trigger your body’s immune system. However, residing in some countries away from the equator can increase the risk of having a Multiple sclerosis.
There is really no cure for MS but there are treatments to help them deal with their condition.
It is crucial that you exercise regularly to improve your muscle strength and eat a balanced diet.
