A human’s normal blood pressure is 120/80, the 120 is systoloc and the 80 is diastolic. A continued low blood pressure’s also known as hypotension that can harm and cause damage if it’s not treated well when the patient has not enough or proper knowledge of the ailment. However, when it’s recognized in the first place, it can easily be treated.

The first symptom that a person will recognize is through his moves whether standing, lying or sitting. One may also experience dizziness at times especially when standing. At times when this symptom is recognized, the person should see a doctor to confirm the illness. Dizziness can be normal for people sometimes but giving attention to it is important to prevent any kind of illness to take deep effect. Other symptom of low blood pressure also includes depression, fatigue and a sudden blurred vision. And sometimes low blood pressure makes a person shocked. When shocked, notice that the person has clammy skin and has shallow breathing.
The symptoms are quite simple, but they should be taken seriously. Low blood pressure can put a person’s life at risk. It can occur to people of any age and sex. The most proper and best way to help a patient out is to see a doctor to check his health condition. There’s no better way than doing it because the life of a person depends on what he does to himself. Everyone must keep an eye on their health condition to prevent illnesses.
