One final way to help you quite smoking easily is to try to do other things such as hobbies and activities that will help to keep your mind off wanting to smoke, doing this will help you not want to smoke as you will be to busy to want to smoke. These methods here are not full proof more in an effort to help people who would like to quit smoking to be able to quit smoking as this is what some people want because they have smoked for years and see the negative effects that it could have on their health.
